During the month of November 2020 CHCS will be undergoing the rigorous recertification process with CARF International. It will begin with an internal examination of our program and business practices. Then on November 9th and 10th we will participate in an on-site survey conducted by a team of expert practitioners selected by CARF. The survey will use live video and audio technology. Efforts will be made to ensure that the privacy of all individuals served and visitors of our facility will be maintained. Why does CARF accreditation matter to us? It is a sign of our commitment to quality improvement and focus on the unique needs of each person we serve.
